As Stakeholder in technology transfer, you could intend measures that could support implementation of CERT-TTT-M and help in disseminating about the project.

By introducing a system including levels of education and professional titles, all professionals and associations, policy makers and stakeholders can use the framework as a relevant reference point for the concrete implementation of professional recognition path within a European perspective.
